Does The Pavilion provide linens?
Tablecloths are available for a small rental fee. The tablecloths are available in white or black. We do not provide chair covers or other linens. Tablecloths only.
Do I have to take out the trash at the end of the event?
No. We will take out the trash after your event is over. You are responsible for clearing the trash off the tables and getting that put into the trash receptacles.
Does The Pavilion have a kitchen?
No. The Pavilion does not have a full kitchen. We have a prep kitchen for caterers to use. Most area caterers are familiar with our space.
Will I be given a key to open the facility?
No. Someone from The Pavilion staff will be on-site for the duration of your event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for your event.
Do I have to tear down the event once it’s over?
No. The Pavilion staff will take down the pipe and drape, tables and chairs, and any Pavilion staging that was used. You are only responsible for taking down your decorations.
