Yes, we have secure wireless fiber internet through Futiva, which is included with your rental.

Yes. In the ballroom we have LED lighting that can be placed around the room to enhance your event. The LED lighting is available for a small additional charge of $10 per fixture. In the Expo Hall we have overhead LED lighting that can be programmed in multiple ways to enhance your event. That lighting is available for an additional charge, as well, based on your lighting needs.

Yes. We have stages/risers that can be used in a multitude of ways for your event. Please be sure to discuss this with the staff when booking your event. There is no charge for using our staging.

Yes. Coffee, Iced Tea and Water are available, if arranged ahead of time, for your corporate meeting. There is an additional fee for the beverage service, based on the number of guests and length of the service.

A basic sound system is included in your rental. We have two high-power projectors, a slightly more complex sound system, and microphones available for rent. These are individually priced.

Other amenities include risers/staging, high top tables, pipe & drape, ice machine and a podium.

Yes. We have enough pipe & drape for 130 – 10ft by 10ft vendor booths.

No. The setup of pipe & drape booths is included in the rental.

No. The Pavilion staff will take down the pipe and drape, tables and chairs, and any Pavilion staging that was used. You are only responsible for taking down your decorations.

Yes. Additional setup days are available for a discounted rate.

We have a large main parking lot with over 300 parking spaces as well as an auxiliary lot that can accommodate approximately 120 vehicles. Parking is free and included with your rental.
